PLEASE PICK UP PACKETS AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:

• Elementary office for grades Pre-K thru 5th

• High School office for grades 6th thru 12th

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

• New students will need birth certificate, shot records and social security card.

• Parent or guardian must be present.

• Any students that are required to get new immunizations must bring their up to date shot record or will not be able to register.
